What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular conditioning, and other functional movements. It was founded in the early 2000s by Greg Glassman and has since grown into a popular and global fitness phenomenon.

CrossFit aims to enhance ten general physical skills

  • cardiovascular and respiratory endurance,

The typical CrossFit class involves a warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day, and a cool-down.

Functional Training

and more. The emphasis is on performing these movements with proper form and intensity to achieve optimal results.

How long you can do Crossfit, Zumba, Aerobics alone?

It depends upon person to person but of-course these individual activities may get bored in a certain period of time. Aged and disabled persons cannot do CrossFit.

Vfit Fitness gives better results in Weight Loss and Body shaping in a shorter period but you will have to be ready for bearing pain.
